i must tell u, carrying a sling bag for 5 hours (not straight) aggravates my scoliosis. yes, i have it, but it's minor. 2 deg when last measured. but it might have worsened.
quite a number of pple i know have it or had it. it's a common problem. maybe pple when young do not care for their backs and posture and hence get that. i tell u the bags that little children carry to school are HEAVY.
my back ached on thursday. but was fine on friday. and i still want to carry that messenger bag to school on monday. i must be crazy, or vain or whatever.
monday: pure lectures. in cc. can die of boredom or cabin fever. can get stressed up from being in one place for too long. and then who do i sit with? cg? og? friends? i don't know but i don't think there'll be any place for me anywhere except if i sit by myself in solitude. sigh.
i don't think i'm part of my og. formally yes, but truthfully, i can detect that i'm not. og pple, see for urself. is there anything u've done with me as simple as talking? hmm, nothing much to be said there right? except for the exceptionally rare case that does exist, nothing much. so there.
it's MT's birthday today. Happy Birthday!
yesterday went to The Bridge at RSYC for dinner to celebrate MT's birthday. the cream of mushroom was good :). the lobster linguine was SUPER SPICY! burn my tongue. i finished 96% of it with 5 glasses of water. KM couldn't stand the spiciness, MP couldn't either. i didn't expect them to put so much chilli, with skin and seeds. of a rating of 1-10, with 1 being just a hint of spice which is nice, to 10 which is intoleratable to many, i think the rating is 7.5 . ya. i survived. after that MT and i shared a chocolate fondue. yum.
i can't dress formally. i don't know how to and i don't like to. i'm better with casual. it's easier and i'm more used to that. i intend to wear jeans to prom, i won't wear a dress. t-shirt and jeans. yep. but i might wear jewellery. it's a maybe. and i don't think i'll paint my nails. it looks best clean.
ouch. pimples. ouch.
my hair is cut short. i wanted shoulder length but the same style...but the front part of the sides of my hair is cut short. cheekbone length. ahh!!! i can't put the hair behind my ear. it's gonna be difficult to do my hair for school. and i intend to keep my centre parting.
rebekah and mp going out later. they invited me. i don't know if i should go. after all they going back to wisma and taka. and i am broke. i checked my cash box. all my money deposited into the bank. must save up.
ahh...bored...
when our house gets renovated, i want to adopt scandinavian design. it's a fresh sutle style that is very hard to become "out" of style. i like scandinavian. SWEDISH MEATBALLS TOO!
lynn and i were chatting just now. maybe we'll go to fuji ice palace on my birthday to skate. whee!
edit at 5.20pm :: MP left the house without me. so no trip. and i didn't follow mum to her office since she'll take a long time before coming home, making everyone hungry.
the NRP programme. earlier i wasn't sore. now i am. the coordinator, i would like to speak to her to clarify matters...maybe not. i mean, the AsstProf wanted to choose all four of us applicants to work on the project but the coordinator said there was only space for 2. BUT BUT BUT, there was a significant number of projects with 3 pple and there was 1 with 4 pple and one with 8 pple in 2 teams!!!
now u know why i feel sore.
oh well. i hope to run for student council! or house council, or something! something challenging! student council! haha
