Hallo all.

Prelims are over!!! physics paper 1 was the last paper and was held this morning.

prelims were split into two halves, some papers before the september hols and some after. it was the same case for MT too. GP and econs, Physics p3 and chem p3 were on the same day. XP.

schools gonna be back to normal tomorrow.

today, after the paper, elissa, HK, YH, YS, Gladys, HR and I went over to elissa's place to bake things. first we walked to Shop&Save and NTUC looking for the baking premix-es, of which they didn't sell what we wanted (brownies). went to pastamania and ordered first while elissa and HR went on shopping and deciding what to bake. they got their potatoes and cheese, which HK wanted to bake with.

had 2 10-inch pizzas. some were very full(2 slices each, some had 2.5 and I 3), i was just contented, Gladys was just hungry.

took a bus to elissa's. YS went back to her home first to change out, while we proceeded on.

elissa found cookie mix in her baking cupboard. :D. we had bought bananas but in the end never baked banana cake, (aww...YS wanted to learn). i must confess i forgot the recipe for the dense cake i baked for more than 12-hrs. (how can one?)

i confess to not measuring the butter properly. we agar-agar-ed it. so too much butter. adding flour solved the problem. because of too much butter, the cookies spread out too much and was flattish. it was fortunate that elissa had a small oven so we baked in batches.

HK boiled and mashed potatoes, and we mixed it with cheese then laid it out on a pan. after which, we coated the top with cheese. mmm.

YS played some piano. lovely. grade 8 merit hor.

we watched "Secret" by Jay Chou also. the vcd came out 1 month after the movie release. O.o and yes, take HK's advice, don't think too much. got a lot of loopholes. the piano playing was very good, i have to say. complicated. i saw one scene in the piano playing competition, the camera sweeped across the strings of the grand piano as he played. very cool seeing the hammers jumping up and down.

we ate the 1st batch and a bit of the 2nd baked potato and cheese batch (vegetarian for 2 of our classmates) and some cookies. the rest we put tupperware and bring to school tomorrow.

we tried discussing for where to hold our class outing at the end of the year (stayover included). got nowhere.

YH, Gladys and I took train together. Gladys got off earlier. YH and I talked until we missed her stop and i just reached mine. (sorry!) we had a laugh over it. :D YH was sick so when we were at elissa's, she was blowing her nose non-stop for 2 minutes.

i met mum and yeye at TTSH. popped over to the construction site and gave yeye a tour of the ground floor then drove home. i was so tired i slept the ride home.

dinner was very good today. herbal soup that had been boiled with pork bones, fried SALMON (crispy!) and BROCCOLI!

there will be post prelims for chem and physics. :(
