i will start off positively, especially since my past entries aren't so nice.

when i was on the bus to sajc for GPF submission, i met tiffany. we are good friends and had a good heart to heart chat with each other. though she may not be intellectually brilliant, she's got a great heart, something more difficult to find. i thank God for her.

I watched Casino Royale on saturday night. James Bond's eyes are a stunning blue. when the scene is in the shadows, you can see the brilliance of the blue eyes. all i could think of was: the eyes are so blue. but that's it. also, the newspapers say his body is so buff. not bad, but i remember the pjc rugger, who took off his jersey in front of the sajc crowd after the pjc vs jjc match, before the police cup A div finals, has a much more well defined six-pack and body than james bond's. nevertheless, james bond has a good set of muscles.

the movie's action scenes were amazing. the scene of james bond's poisoning gripped me. i was at the edge of my seat, figuratively. i also wonder how they filmed the scene of the crumbling venetian building.

and for once, we didn't have a stupid bond girl who willingly sleeps with james bond. but we did have an idiot wife of some criminal doing so, after agreeing to "just one drink". a determined clever woman, but who stupidly gives herself up in the end to Bond, oh well, because she traded his life for money....i don't want to reveal too much.

just earlier, there was an OWL sitting on top of the broken lamppost outside our house. called "burung hantu" in malay, meaning ghost bird. it was so big. probably 30cm tall. i accidentally frightened it away. so it probably has a one metre wing span from what i saw. big bird. and it stared at me. i was feeling a bit weird uncomfortable when it did. i hope the lamp doesn't get repaired soon. i hope it returns so i can see it again. i feel sorry for scarring it away. it was a sight to behold.

HR just sent me pictures of the class jersey. it looks great! i'm looking forward to it! must not forget to pay back $7 when school reopens.
