SAJC defeated RJC in RUGBY FINALS and girls' Hockey semis!

SAJC WON THE RUGBY A DIV POLICE CUP. i don't care exactly what prize it is materially, WE WON THE CHAMPIONSHIPS.

sorry to all my friend(s) in RJC. it's a blowing fact. i feel for ya all.

let's start the story from this morning.

Lynn came to school with a crutch today. this crutch has become an object of fascination for TF and some others in my class. CYY got a chair with wheels (office chair) for Lynn to go round the school in. no wheelchairs in school office. i wonder why we have a handicap loo on the 3rd and 4th floor but no lift... seriously.

it was embarrasing but i pushed her along the corridor to the canteen and back to the classrooms and LT. at one point when we're leaving the canteen, she had to get of her sedan and slowly do a procession to the other end where i waited with the chair. slowly hobbling along, the class waits behind her for her to move. some other people were also held back by the class and her. her fan club. haha, i'm joking.

someone named IVEN from don't know exactly what class from Venn gave sweets to our class to vote for him. nice cadburys.

other nominees have campaigned with tissue boxes and toilet rolls on the canteen tables. HK said having elections is good because got free tissue. I said 'then what will happen after the elections, no more tissue paper!'

my advertisements have overall increased in number. haha.

after lunch, 7 of us from s03, SY JY HR YS E SM and I took 985 all the way to choa chu kang interchange. did homework on the bus. then took a straight bus to Home Team Academy. a lot of RJC and SAJC pple. fortunately we could get seats and that we brought water and food along. i'm also glad i brought a good camera.

we scored the first few points. 3-0. then RJ scored. 3-5. then defend here and there and missed shots. half-time.

now comes the exciting part: 2nd half.

RJ scores. 3-10. this gets worrying. most of the action is happening on the side of the field where RJ is supposed to score. they can score easily and increase the gap!

the second half of the second half is the most exciting. the excitement increases to the very last minute.

SA now has a new thing in them. they play much better. the action moves to our side of the field where SA's supposed to score. we score and tie the game at this point! SCREAM.

previously the crowd was slightly uninterested in the game. now we all delve into it. the cheers are louder with all our emotion and energy put into them. we're engrossed in the action. when rj crashed around our captain, or hurt him in some way, we made noise to show our opinion: what are you trying to do? why are you doing that to us?

the action gets really heated. there's a "taupok wrestle" in the corner of the pitch closest to us next to the touchdown line. (we sat in the edge block of the stands). they're trying to get the ball to touchdown. they pass it out of the taupok mess to a team mate but that team mate is taupoked. this repeats and amidst all the wriggling wrangling the ball touchdowns. SCREAMING though out the stands. deafening. jumping, cheering! pumped with ecstasy. we all become silent for the try. we got it! suddenly we see people rushing towards the jubilant players. we were confused. why are they doing it? has the match ended?

the scoreboard says 15-10 but it should be 17-10, since a scored try is 2 points, according to JY. one of the teachers sitting in front of us told E SH and HR that we won. SCREAM. people are still running towards the heros. we also jump in and sprint towards the already giant circular group of saints. we revel in the miraculous amazing mind-blowing wonderful win of the whole competition. we won the cup!

i go back to the stands to meet Nasa, Brenda and Dorcas. they came over to watch the game. so long never see them! my primary and secondary schoolmates. then when we were back in the stands after prize presentation we sang the college song. i thanked God for the blessings he gave, that we won this match when it looked like we wouldn't.

I didn't rugby balls could bounce so high. I think if i told my uncle about our win, he'll be upset. he used to play rugby for RI (before it was renamed RJC). he was also a student leader.

took MRT home. such a long ride. rode through woodlands. you can imagine how long the ride was. i also took SY and JY on the wrong path to the wrong bus stop. i didn't know it was like that. anyway, i got home at 8, dirty, sweaty, tired but happy. just had to blog about today.

woo hoo!

tomorrow got NAPFA. i pray that i'll be able to do my pullups and 4X10m. i haven't practiced my sprints and TURNINGS. it's late. i've got homework. night.

i'm feeling...
